What Is Rebirth in Steal a Brainrot?
Rebirth is a core mechanic that, when done, takes all your Brainrots and most of your money. In exchange, it gives you the ability to purchase new gear in the Coins Shop, provides new multipliers, and modifies your base by adding new slots or new controllers. Each rebirth requires a specific amount of cash and certain Brainrot(s).
As you get more rebirths, the requirements begin to include higher income and rarer Brainrots, along with more cash as a bonus when rebirthing. Rebirth is important because it gives you perks like extra slots and a money multiplier.

Key Facts About Rebirth Requirements
Between Rebirths 5-16, you only need 1 Brainrot per rebirth. Rebirth 17 is the first rebirth to require 2 secrets, and it is also the first double-digit rebirth to require 2 Brainrots. This was reverted in Rebirth 18, as the requirement got buffed to only needing 1 Brainrot.
Rebirth 9 is the first rebirth to require a Brainrot God as a requirement, and Rebirth 15 is the final rebirth to use a Brainrot God as its requirement. Rebirth 8 is the final rebirth to use a Mythic as its requirement. Rebirth 16 is the first rebirth to use a Secret as its requirement. Rebirth 19 is the first rebirth to require a Brainrot above $10M/s.
Both Common and OG rarities are not required for rebirthing due to being very easy or very difficult to get.
Rebirth Strategy: Stealing Brainrots Before Rebirthing
Before rebirthing, it is recommended to let a trusted person or alternative account (on another device or tab) steal your most valuable Brainrots. This way, when you rebirth, you can get them back and regain your progress.
You can also collect the next rebirth(s)' requirements and keep them on an alternate account or give them to a trusted person and get them back whenever you want. It is smart to look at the rebirth list page, then collect all of the required Brainrots all at once, so you can rebirth faster. Store them on an alt account, using your phone or a laptop/computer.
Rebirth Bonuses and Base Modifications
Rebirth 1 does not give an additional slot and is the only rebirth that doesn't. Rebirth 2 gives the base a second floor, and Rebirth 10 gives the base the third floor, which is useful in keeping valuable Brainrots safe, as it is hard to steal a Brainrot kept at the higher floor.
Rebirth 11 is the final rebirth to give you a slap. If you count the Gummy Bear as a slap, Rebirth 14 would be the last rebirth to give you a slap.
Important Rebirth Mechanics
Any Brainrots that are still heading to your base will go back to the red carpet once you rebirth. If someone is stealing a Brainrot and the person rebirths, the Brainrot disappears.
Historical Changes to Rebirth Requirements
Before Rebirth 14 was added, Rebirth 8 required a Cocofanto Elefanto, and Rebirth 13 required a Ballerino Lololo. Cocofanto Elefanto was upgraded to Rebirth 9, and all Brainrots got downgraded to one rebirth down after Rebirth 14 was added.
Ballerino Lololo was removed from the rebirths since Rebirth 14 was added, due to its lower spawn rate compared to high-tier Brainrot Gods such as Tractoro Dinosauro, Cacasito Satalito, Pakrahmatmamat, Aquanaut, and even La Vacca Saturno Saturnita, a Secret.
Rebirth 1 used to need a Tung Tung Tung Sahur, but it was replaced with a Gangster Footera when Noxa copyright claimed Tung Tung Tung Sahur. Every Tung Tung Tung Sahur was replaced by Gangster Footera upon removal.
